We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investor Relations Analyst to join our this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our investors and shareholders as well as providing valuable insights and analysis to support our financial strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with investors analysts and other stakeholders

- Communicate regularly with investors to provide updates on company performance and financial results

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and provide insights on industry and competitor performance

- Prepare presentations reports and other materials to support investor relations activities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication with investors

- Assist in the development of financial strategies and plans to support the companys growth and profitability goals

- Monitor and analyze financial and market data to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company

- Stay up to date with industry developments and changes in regulations that may impact the companys financial performance

- Participate in investor meetings and conferences as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in finance Economics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in investor relations financial analysis or a related role

- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and trends

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial analysis software

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
