Job Summary

As a Data Migration Expert you will be responsible for transferring data from various sources to our companys database. This includes extracting cleaning and validating data to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will work closely with our IT team to develop and implement data migration strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract transform and load data from various sources into our companys database

- Develop and implement data migration strategies and processes

- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot any data migration issues

- Develop and maintain documentation for data migration processes

- Monitor and report on data migration progress and identify any potential risks or issues

- Train and support end-users on data migration processes and tools

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data migration

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data migration or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of data migration tools and techniques

- Proficient in SQL and database management

- Experience with ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
