Our challenge

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Lead AI/ML Engineer with over 12 years of experience to spearhead the design and implementation of large-scale strategic AI this leadership role candidate will guide the companys AI vision architect enterprise-wide scalable machine learning systems and influence technological innovation. Candidate will also mentor senior technical teams and collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape our AI roadmap.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within New York NY is$145k - $155k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee the development ofscalable enterprise-grade ML systemsthat handle complex data and model requirements.
• Develop and refineadvanced statistical modelsto address intricate business challenges.
• Lead the deployment of models into production environments ensuring robustness scalability and maintainability.
• Design and implementREST API integrationsfor seamless model deployment and accessibility.
• Provide strategic leadership on AI initiatives ensuring alignment with business and technological goals.
• Drive innovation by adopting and implementingcutting-edge frameworkssuch asTransformersandLLMs.
• Stay ahead of trends in NLP deep learning and AI research to inform the organizations strategic initiatives.
• Mentor coach and lead multi-disciplinary teams of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborate with executive teams to define AI strategy investment and roadmap.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Masters or Doctorate in Computer Science Data Science or related disciplines.
• 12 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering architecture or leadership.
• Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Strong leadership strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Extensive experience indesigning scalable ML architecturesat an enterprise level.
• Deep expertise inadvanced statistical modelingtechniques.
• Proven success inmodel development deployment and scaling.
• Strong experience integrating AI models viaREST APIsin production environments.
• Expertise inNatural Language Processing (NLP)deep learning and transformer-based models.
• Hands-on experience withcloud AI platformssuch asAWS SageMakerorAzure AI.
• Demonstratedleadership in AI strategy and innovation influencing organizational AI roadmap.
• Familiarity withemerging AI frameworksincludingTransformersandLarge Language Models (LLMs).
