Role description:

We work with our clients around the world to create support and enhance smart safe and sustainable places where people live work learn and thrive. Places impact on the quality of peoples lives. Whether new homes shops workplaces schools and hospitals manufacturing research and development facilities or data and distributions centers. As part of Project and Program Management team youll help deliver some of the biggest most iconic project imaginable with some of the best talent around. With your energy agility and a keen eye for detail youll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday

Role accountabilities:

• Work within established standard operating procedures and systems with clear project objectives to produce delivery outputs
• Deliver/assist to manage small to medium scale projects or programs ensuring appropriate use of resources to deliver the required scope of work within set deadlines
• Present any project risks or issues to senior managers to ensure the project is not adversely impacted and ensure that the delivery of projects is compliant to standards
• Analyse and review a range of data to identify key themes and trends and use the outputs to produce recommendations that support project decision-making.
• Interact effectively across the organisation completing complex professional level tasks for others in order to ensure projects/programs can be delivered to meet client and customer expectations.
• Advise colleagues on issues relating to own projects providing subject matter advice in order to support delivery and ensure there is alignment between policy and operational practice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third party contractors in order to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering Architecture Project Management Construction Management etc.) masters degree an advantage
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience including management of large and complex projects and/or programmes
• Advanced communication skills including the ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues and build and maintain relationships / Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
• Building the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with external stakeholders
• Has good logical understanding of business and digital transformation
• Proficient in using Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerAutomate PowerApps PowerBI etc.
• Preferably knows how to use Python SQL
