Key Responsibilities
Design custom travel itineraries for global destinations including flights resorts cruises tours and experiential add-ons.
Research destinations travel requirements and supplier options to offer clients accurate up-to-date recommendations.
Manage trip planning from inquiry to departure ensuring a smooth and enjoyable client experience.
Build strong relationships with travel partners and maintain awareness of current travel trends.
Communicate with clients via email phone or virtual meetings to gather preferences and deliver personalized travel solutions.
Use booking platforms and supplier portals to finalize reservations.
Maintain organized records confirmations and follow-up schedules.
Attend optional trainings webinars and destination sessions to strengthen your expertise.
Requirements
Strong interest in travel planning and client service.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests at once.
