- Champion safety in every taskproactively identify and report potential risks.
- Deliver professional timely service to our valued customers across the ANZ region.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
- Support Emersons Flow Solutions customers with expert field service and application guidance.
- Respond to technical and commercial inquiries preparing accurate quotations and proposals.
- Lead training sessions site audits roadshows and product demonstrations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through research and market analysis.
- Continuously develop your technical expertise in instrumentation automation and analytical technologies.
- Contribute to the development of tools notes and strategies that enhance our Lifecycle Services.
- Support Sales and Marketing in growing Emersons product and service offerings.
- Provide diagnostic and fault-finding support for Rosemount instrumentation and Emerson Analytical products.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting using CRM and other platforms.
Youre a problem-solver with a proactive mindset strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure. Youre collaborative yet confident working independently and always focused on delivering value to customers.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering instrumentation process or automation (or relevant experience).
- Current Restricted Electrical Work License.
- Proven experience in technical service diagnostics and customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of Emerson Flow and Analytical products including Gas Chromatographs and Precision Flow technologies.
