General Manager Bulgari Hotel Roma

The Essence of the Role

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead its Roman flagship a property that represents not only the brands return to its home city but a contemporary expression of Roman culture Italian savoir-faire and refined luxury.

This appointment calls for a highly accomplished luxury hotelier with the stature discretion and cultural intelligence to steward one of Europes most significant luxury hospitality assets.

The Role

As General Manager you will hold full accountability for the strategic operational and cultural leadership of the hotel acting as the ultimate guardian of the Bulgari ethos in Rome.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full P&L ownership and long-term strategic leadership of the property
  • Embodying and safeguarding Bulgaris brand across every guest interaction
  • Leading inspiring and developing an exceptional executive and leadership team
  • Acting as principal brand ambassador with owners partners press and an international UHNW clientele
  • Driving sustainable commercial performance while preserving exclusivity and integrity
  • Ensuring uncompromising operational excellence across Rooms Culinary Wellness and Experiences
  • Cultivating deep relationships within Romes cultural artistic fashion and luxury communities

The Profile

You are an established General Manager of high-profile luxury or ultra-luxury hotels recognised for your credibility poise and leadership depth.

You will bring:

  • A distinguished career within luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality
  • Fluent Italian and English with an innate understanding of Italian culture and Roman heritage
  • A refined authentic leadership style aligned with the values of craftsmanship elegance and discretion
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to lead diverse high-performing teams
  • Proven commercial acumen within complex high-expectation environments
  • Natural authority with ultra-high-net-worth individuals global tastemakers and cultural leaders
  • A deep appreciation for design gastronomy wellness and experiential luxury
