Responsibilities andqualifications
Your overall focus will be to develop new approaches to modular data-driven maintenance in asset-heavy industries. You will explore how maintenance can move from being a cost driver to a source of competitiveness innovation and sustainability. Working closely with both academic supervisors and industry partners you will bridge theory and practice to create research with real-world impact.
Yourprimarytaskswillbeto:
We are looking for candidates who hold a masters degree (120 ECTS points) in engineering industrial management or a related field. You should have a strong interest in maintenance operations data modeling or lifecycle engineering. Solid analytical skills and experience with either quantitative or qualitative research methods are essential. We value individuals who can collaborate effectively with both industry and academia while also being able to work independently. Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken are required.

Salaryandappointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union. The period of employment is 3 years.
