As a senior consultant you will work for a wide range of leading and multinational companies. You will play a critical role as a digital HR specialist joining our HR Strategy & Technology project teams and collaborating closely with the functional teams in Denmark and elsewhere in Europe in order to build fit-for-purpose solutions for our clients. You will be educated and certified according to your background and interests.
In this role you will make an impact by:
- Develop comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives collaborating closely with clients management teams and stakeholders through interviews meetings and workshops.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop high-quality deliverables including documents and presentations for client projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical design user stories and configurations
- Support organizational change and user adoption by designing functional solutions defining and optimising business processes configuring SN architecture and guiding final deliverables through Go-Live.
- Provide advice on innovative ideas and how to use them - such as shared service center technology and how to leverage them effectively.

You have the following skills and experience:
- A bachelors or masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration IT or a related field
- Implementation of HR technology (HRIS ServiceNow) in complex organisations
- Existing experience or ambition to working with ServiceNow HR
- Ability to translate complex business challenges and needs into technical solutions
- Good interpersonal skills workshop facilitation and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English
If you have the following it will be considered as a plus:
- ServiceNow certifications especially within HRSD
- Experience within HR transformation and HR life-cycle processes.
- Experience from the consulting industry and public sector
