Supervisory Responsibility This position manages all employees of their designated area andis responsible forthe performance of the employees within their designated area of responsibility. Designated First Responder to provide aid and assistance with respect to any accidents or injuries in your as a First Responder and due to the nature of the work in the production areapotential exists for cleaning up blood and other potentially infectious materialwith providedclean-up kits. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job the employee is exposed to sheet metal sharp edges moving mechanicalpartsand the employee must always wear proscribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) toinclude at aminimum cut-resistant sleeves steel-toed safety shoes or boots and safety the noise level in the work environment can beexcessive at times. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employeefrequentlyis required tostand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. RequiredEducation and Experience -High school diploma or GED. -5years of experience in a production environment. - 2 years of experience in a production leadership positionwithin the last 7 calendar years(with KCC preferred elsewhere accepted). -Experience with Microsoft Excel. -Strong familiarity withblueprints CAD drawings/renderings. DesiredEducation and Experience -Associates or Bachelorsdegree. -2 years of experience as a Welder or CNC I / II operator. -Strong familiarity with Curb and Adapter products. Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable) Candidates must prove eligibility to work in the US ifrequested.
