Job Summary
Description
As a Senior Product Associate within Card Pricing you will lead and support key initiatives by collaborating with various teams in the Credit Card organization to understand and define business requirements alongside software engineers. You will promote these requirements through the build test and deployment phases. Additionally you will assist in prioritizing the product backlog and ensure thorough documentation to maintain a robust control environment.

As a Senior Product Associate within Card Pricing you will lead and support key initiatives by collaborating with various teams in the Credit Card organization to understand and define business requirements alongside software engineers. You will promote these requirements through the build test and deployment phases. Additionally you will assist in prioritizing the product backlog and ensure thorough documentation to maintain a robust control environment.
Job responsibilities
- Manage prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously
- Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage competing product priorities
- Demonstratestrong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams
- Communicate (both verbal and written) technical updates to executives via decks and reports
- Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control procedure and process expectations while appropriately delivering whats best for the customer
- Partner with technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindset
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors Degree required
- 3 years of work experience in product development or related field
- Proven ability to operate of Agile methodology
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Pivot Tables)
- Experience in fintech or financial services industry
