We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our outstanding and inclusive Primary School in Redbridge. This is a permanent role starting January 2026 providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in pupils education.

• Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
• Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated teacher to join our Year 4 team inspiring pupils to reach their full potential. As a Year 4 Teacher you will deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment.

The successful candidate will take on the responsibilities of a Year 4 Teacher working closely with colleagues parents and the wider community to ensure every pupil thrives academically socially and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored for Year 4 pupils as a Year 4 Teacher
• Support and challenge pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment as a Year 4 Teacher
• Collaborate with colleagues parents and the wider school community
• Contribute to the schools ethos of high expectations and achievement
