About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our Lower Key Stage 2 team. As a Year 3 Teacher you will deliver engaging and imaginative lessons that help pupils deepen their learning across the curriculum. Youll play a vital role in building childrens confidence independence and love of learning.
The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a Year 3 Teacher working collaboratively with colleagues parents and the wider school community to ensure that every child thrives academically socially and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality differentiated lessons for pupils in Year 3
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment
- Encourage curiosity creativity and resilience in all learners
- Work closely with colleagues parents and support staff to meet individual learning needs
- Contribute to the schools ethos of excellence inclusion and continuous improvement
