Job Summary
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high voltage (HV) electrical systems
OCU Group is seeking a dynamic HV Project Manager to lead and deliver complex HV projects across the UK and Europe.
Youll be responsible for managing all aspects of project deliveryfrom planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning development and execution of HV electrical projects.
- Manage project scope budgets schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors suppliers and internal teams.
- Provide technical oversight on HV systems including switchgear transformers and substation design.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
- Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering Project Management or related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing HV projects in utilities construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of HV systems and installations.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
