Working as an IT Helpdesk Agent

    Founded in 2002 SCRT is a Swiss-based cybersecurity pure player. We currently employ more than 60 engineers capable of addressing our customers cybersecurity needs from daily operations to strategic decision making. Our specialized teams provide high value-added services in all fields of cybersecurity e.g. penetration testing monitoring and detection incident response design and integration of security solutions governance consulting and training.

    In 2020 SCRT acquired Telsys a company specialized in Datacenter solutions creating a group that now employs more than 100 people based mostly in Morges (Switzerland) but also in Geneva and Bern.

    Since 2022 SCRT and Telsys have been acquired by Orange Cyberdefense and are thus part of and supported by a global group of cybersecurity specialists worldwide.

    In order to strengthen our delivery capabilities we are currently looking for a IT Helpdesk Agent.

    Key Tasks:

    • Follow-up of customer tickets (updating tickets follow-up with publisher customer reminders etc.)
    • Administration and updating of Microsoft Windows Serverand 2019 solutions etc.
    • User management in Microsoft Active Directory service
    • Installation of user workstations
    • Cabling of new hardware (servers appliances etc.)
    • Documentation writing
    • Management and resolution of level 1 and 2 incidents on customer infrastructures
    • Operate / support internal and customer infrastructure
    • Installation / replacement of equipment at customer sites
    • Participation in on-call service

    What we expect of you

    • Resident in Switzerland
    • CFC Computer scientist or equivalent
    • Autonomous and rigorous
    • Solution-oriented and stress-resistant
    • Flexible and open to change
    • Analytical skills
    • Team spirit
    • Driving license
    • Interest in new technologies
    • Very good knowledge of English & French
