Dein Verantwortungsbereich
-Du führst ein Team in der Schweiz fachlich und personell. Zudem führst du Mitarbeitende in Frankreich und Deutschland auf fachlicher Ebene

-Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für den IT Risikoanalyse- und Planungsprozess einschliesslich der Analyse und Beurteilung von IT-Risiken in den Divisionen und auf Gruppenstufe

-Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung Durchführung und Berichterstattung von IT-System- und Applikationsprüfungen und integrierten IT und Business Revisionen (inkl. projektbegleitende Tätigkeiten) gemäss Global Internal Audit and ISACA-Standards in der Schweiz/internationalen Standorten

-Du identifizierst bewertest und kommunizierst technische Schwachstellen mit Verbesserungspotenzial im IT-Risikomanagement und entwickelst technisch fundierte nachhaltige Lösungsansätze

-Du entwickelst die Revisionsstrategie weiter mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Innovation der Revisionsprozesse Risk Monitoring Data Analytics (z.B. Datenextraktion Visualisierung Process Mining) und Künstliche Intelligenz

-Du kümmerst dich um den Aufbau und die Pflege einer starken Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern insbesondere mit den IT-Bereichen

Deine Stärken
-Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) im Bereich Informatik mit ergänzt durch relevante Weiterbildungen (z.B. CISA CISM CIA)

-Du verfügst über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der internen oder externen IT-Revision. Berufserfahrung in angewandter Informatik oder IT-Risikomanagement ist ein wertvoller Vorteil

-Du bringst ausgeprägte technische Expertise und profundes Verständnis für System- und Applikationssicherheit IT General Controls Cybersecurity Cloud Computing-Plattformen Outsourcing sowie damit verbundenen regulatorischen Anforderungen und Standards (z.B. COBIT NIST ISAE/SOC CIS Controls DORA)

-Du hast ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten mit rascher Auffassungsgabe und hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein

-Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz Teamfähigkeit Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Fähigkeit komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren

-Du bist bereit zu reisen (ca. 10%)

-Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch Englisch und Französisch
