Business Development Manager (Talent Pool)

About this role
You will create top-of-funnel pipeline for enterprise and mid-market qualifying opportunities and booking meetings that convert.

What youll do

  • Own outbound: ICP definition list building sequences cold calls social selling.
  • Qualify inbound with structured discovery (BANT/MEDDICC).
  • Partner with AEs on territory & ABM plays; book high-quality meetings.
  • Track activity conversion rates and pipeline influence in CRM.

What you bring

  • 25 years in BDR/SDR/BDM for B2B solutions.
  • Sequencing tools (Outreach Salesloft HubSpot) & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • English B2 mandatory. Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
  • Resilience experimentation mindset crisp written/oral comms.

Nice to have

  • Experience booking for US time zones; multi-market messaging.

Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote/hybrid.
