About this role
Youll operationalize the go-to-market engine: data processes tooling and reporting that help leadership make decisions and reps sell more.

What youll do

CRM ownership (Salesforce/HubSpot): objects fields automations hygiene.
Forecasting & dashboards; pipeline conversion and cohort analysis.
Territory quota comp plan support; quote-to-cash and CPQ coordination.
Process playbooks enablement assets and governance.

What you bring

3 years in Sales Ops/Rev Ops.
Advanced Excel/Sheets; BI (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) desirable.
English B2 mandatory.
Project management & stakeholder alignment across Sales/Marketing/Finance.

Nice to have

CPQ/billing (Zuora/Chargebee) data enrichment (ZoomInfo/Clearbit).

Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote/hybrid.
