Youll ensure customers achieve outcomes increasing adoption retention and expansion in partnership with Sales and Product.
What youll do
- Onboarding adoption plans health scores and executive QBRs.
- Identify expansion opportunities; partner with Sales for upsell.
- Voice of Customer to Product; playbooks and training content.
- Churn/risk mitigation renewals coordination.
What you bring
- 37 years in CSM/Account Management (SaaS/Services).
- Data-driven dashboards (health usage) and exec storytelling.
- English B2 mandatory.
Nice to have
- Change management and multi-stakeholder enablement.
Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote/hybrid.
