At Bike Club we offer subscriptions for childrens bikes that grow with your kids. Families pay a monthly fee and when their children outgrow their bikes we exchange them for a larger size. We refurbish the used bikes and make them available to other families. Its sustainable and hassle-free.
With over 80000 bikes we are the second-largest bike rental network globally and the largest in the childrens bike sector. With over $50 million in funding we are rapidly expanding across Europe. While our headquarters is in the United Kingdom we are already active in Germany Austria Spain and the Netherlands.
The Bike Club is looking for a Junior Bike Mechanic. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation and interest in bicycle mechanics who is looking to build upon and develop their skills and turn their passion into a professional career.
Tasks
Deutsch:
- Berufliche Weiterentwicklung durch einen strukturierten 6-monatigen Entwicklungsplan der anfänglich den Schwerpunkt auf kleinere Fahrräder legt und sich schrittweise auf größere Fahrräder verlagert wenn die Kompetenz wächst.
- Erfüllung von Produktivitäts- und Qualitätszielen während jedes Abschnitts deiner fachlichen und mechanischen Entwicklung
- Unterstützung bei der allgemeinen Werkstattorganisation und -ordnung um eine sichere und effiziente Arbeitsumgebung zu gewährleisten.
English:
- Grow your skills along a 6-month development path that will see you initially focussing on smaller bikes gradually transitioning to larger bikes as proficiency grows
- Meet productivity and quality goals at each stage of your mechanic development journey
- Assist with general workshop organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
