Tasks
Were growing fast and looking for a GTM Engineer to supercharge our outbound motion and fuel sales growth. This is an remote role that blends technical chops with go-to-market instinct - perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of code and hustle.
Responsibilities:
- Design and run automated GTM systems: Build and maintain outbound workflows that use tools like Clay Common Room Unify HubSpot etc. to identify qualify and contact high-fit leads.
- Design outbound plays: Architect and test new outreach strategies - combining enrichment logic triggers and messaging to find what resonates.
- Develop ICP and TAM models: Define and operationalize ideal customer profiles map total addressable markets and continuously refine based on conversion data.
- Integrate and automate tools: Connect CRM enrichment and outreach tools using APIs Make or code (e.g. Python JavaScript) to eliminate manual work.
- Measure and iterate: Analyze campaign performance reply rates and conversion data to continuously optimize.
- Prototype GTM experiments: Test new channels data sources and sequencing tactics to increase efficiency and scale.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in GTM Engineering or GTM Systems
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling B2B SaaS company
- GTM Tool Orchestration: Clay and similar tools.
- Experience managing a GTM tech stack including Salesforce HubSpot Clay Common Room or Lemlist/ Instantly
- Bonus: You built up robust GTM email infrastructure before
- Data-driven mindset - comfortable with reporting dashboards and automation.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- SQL is a plus
