Job Summary
At Pixida were shaping the future of technology in the automotive and trucking industries. Were looking for a Scrum Master based in the greater Chicago area whos passionate about guiding agile teams to perform at their best. As a Scrum Master youll be the catalyst for collaboration communication and continuous improvement. Youll work closely with one or more development teams to enable them to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively.
Tasks
- Monitoring of various projects.
- Implementation and improvement of all SCRUM activities and support in adherence to the values principles and best practices of agile development to foster a productive positive work environment.
- Acting as a mediator and conflict resolver between different stakeholders.
- Ensuring the flow of information between product owner and project team.
- Coaching and mentoring teams to strengthen agile values principles and best practices.
- Continuous process optimization to enhance team performance and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
- Professional experience as Scrum Master.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- certification (required).
- SAFe certification is desirable.
- Previous experience in the automotive truck area is beneficial.
