Job Summary
As an Application Lead you will lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements overseeing the development process and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and user experience.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with application design and architecture principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scala.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
