Job Summary

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will lead the companys overall strategy growth and operations driving digital innovation in the financial marketplace sector while ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations and achieving profitability and scalability goals.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute the companys strategic vision and long-term goals.
Lead overall business operations to achieve financial and growth objectives.
Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and corporate governance standards.
Develop scalable business models and drive digital innovation.
Build lead and inspire a high-performing executive team.
Manage P&L budgeting and financial planning to ensure sustainable profitability.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Represent the company as the chief spokesperson and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience including at least 5 years in executive leadership roles.
Proven experience in leading high-growth startups or digital transformation projects.
Strong background in financial services fintech or digital marketplace industries.
Demonstrated success in P&L ownership and strategic business scaling.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks especially SAMA compliance.
Ability to drive innovation and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
