Job Description
Youll be the critical bridge between product and customers directly preventing churn during integration periods and ensuring every customer feels valued throughout their journey. This role puts you at the center of customer retention strategy where your proactive communication and relationship management will directly impact business growth. Youll have the opportunity to optimize customer success systems build scalable processes and grow with a company thats expanding into new markets and service areas.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage customers during 2-4 week integration waiting periods to prevent abandonment and maintain satisfaction
- Chase integration vendors and partners to expedite customer connection processes and reduce wait times
- Follow up with newly connected customers to ensure successful login onboarding and product adoption
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstration calls between customers and company leadership
- Optimize and clean up existing HubSpot workflows to improve customer communication efficiency
- Build new email templates and automated follow-up sequences for various customer journey stages
- Manage customer communications across HubSpot CRM Zendesk support platform and proprietary SaaS tools
- Track and report on customer engagement metrics and retention rates during integration periods
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve common integration challenges
- Support potential expansion into sales conversion activities for warm lead pipeline
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success customer support or client management with proven retention results
- At least entry level proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Zendesk is a must for this role
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with SaaS products and integration processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with customer retention strategies email marketing automation or supporting AU/NZ business hours (preferred)
- Background in fast-growing SaaS environments or vendor relationship management is a plus
