Responsibilities:

1. Zoho Development: Design develop and maintain Zoho applications to meet business requirements.

2. Customization: Customize and configure Zoho CRM Zoho Creator and other Zoho applications based on user needs.

3. Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party systems and tools as required.

4. Automation: Implement workflow automation and scripting to streamline business processes within Zoho applications.

5. Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Zoho applications and troubleshoot data-related issues.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide effective solutions.

7. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Zoho applications and customizations.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development.

3. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Zoho CRM Zoho Creator and other Zoho applications. - Strong understanding of Zoho Deluge scripting language. - Experience in customizing and configuring Zoho applications.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

5. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address issues and deliver effective solutions.

6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

7. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
