About the Role

Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cruise Experts. This is an entry-level opportunity where youll help travelers plan and book cruise vacations while working from home. No prior experience is required we provide full training and support.

What Youll Do

Assist clients in choosing the right cruise based on their preferences and budget.
Learn to book cabins excursions and special packages.
Provide friendly customer support from first inquiry through final booking.
Work with our trusted cruise line partners to manage reservations.

What Were Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized.
Comfortable using basic computer tools and the internet.
Passion for travel and eagerness to learn about the cruise industry.
