In this role
You will meet with applicants for the Specialty Court program and provide information pertaining to the programs provided. Keep in contact with current participants and assist with documentation needed to advance through the steps.
Maintain participants files and monitor for compliance with the program requirements this includes sanctions and payment of fees capture and track the effectiveness of the programs data. You will perform data entry for specialty court activities in Odyssey; use the Oregon Treatment Court Management System database to track treatment and payment information and use this information for generating reports.
For program coordination you will serve as a liaison between the courts specialty court programs other state courts the Office of the State Court Administrator the federal government and other community organizations.
For specialty court administrative functions you will schedule and facilitate Specialty Court policy committee meetings. Collaborate with the Umatilla County Finance office to monitor the funds held with the county treasury and prepare budget estimates for submission to Umatilla County and grant issuing bodies.

Minimum Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a bachelors degree in business or public administration behavioral or social/human services or a closely related field.
AND
One (1) year of increasingly responsible technical or professional-level program experience that typically supports the knowledge skills and abilities requirements listed for the position.
OR
Any combination ofeducation and experienceequivalent to five (5) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge skills and abilities for the position.
