Were seeking a JD Edwards Workforce Management (WFM) Senior Business Analyst Consultant with deep functional expertise and hands-on experience supporting U.S. & CAD payroll processes end-of-year ESU activities and related payroll system tasks. Experience with Canadian payroll (CAD) is a strong plus. This is a consulting role requiring exceptional communication skills independence and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Must be located in the USA able to work on a 1099 basis 40 hours per week during typical business hours.
How You Will Contribute
- Serve as a subject matter expert for JD Edwards WFM and all related modules particularly payroll.
- Lead and support end-of-year ESU work including testing configuration validation and deployment.
- Manage U.S. & CAD payroll-related activities ensuring accuracy compliance and timely execution of all payroll events.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to analyze current processes identify gaps and define system or procedural improvements.
- Develop detailed functional requirements system documentation business process flow diagrams and end-user training materials.
- Partner with developers and subject matter experts to define the technical vision and balance usability with performance.
- Support data conversion testing and merger/acquisition activities when needed.
What Your Bring
- 10 years of relevant experience including extensive hands-on JD Edwards WFM functional knowledge.
- Proven expertise in U.S. payroll year-end processes and compliance. Experience with CAD payroll is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise with EOY ESUs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and levels.
- Bachelors degree in Business MIS or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must be located in the United States and able to work on a 1099 contract basis.
