Key Accountabilities/ Execution:

Invoice registering and processing external supplier and internal business communication process improvement projects
You will also participate trainings to learn the framework of Buy to Pay activities and gain experiences (ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers work with internal requestors and buyers in order to resolve issues etc.)
You will get familiar with the standard B2P tasks and responsibilities core processes and systems (Oracle Perceptive) you will understand the connection between the departments the typical measurement points and statistics used in a multinational company

Qualifications/Requirements:

Ongoing university studies in Business Finance related areas e.g Business Administration/ Management/ Finance and Accounting
Ability to work minimum 30 hours/week
Fluency in Hungarian and in English
Any other language is an advantage (German Italian Spanish etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
Preciseness with a good eye for detail strong analytical and organizational skills
Open and flexible personality with great communication skills
