What Youll Do:
- Master Your Craft: Carry out high-quality repairs and vehicle maintenance always to manufacturer standards.
- Inspect & Diagnose: Be the expert when it comes to identifying issues wear and repairs that keep vehicles running smoothly.
- Customer Pro: Deliver top-notch service to customers providing clear and expert advice.
- Be a Team Player: Work with a fantastic team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Share Knowledge: Mentor and support your fellow technicians helping the team grow and succeed together.
What Were Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- A deep understanding of vehicle safety standards and repair guidelines.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a drive to meet targets and deadlines.
- A valid UK driving licence (MOT licence is a plus but not essential).
