Job Summary

- Oversee order picking packing and shipping processes ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Implement best practices for order processing and dispatch
- Oversee the accurate and timely receipt storage and retrieval of goods.
- Optimize warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of products.
- Plan and implement layout changes as needed to accommodate evolving inventory needs.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff providing guidance training and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the warehouse team.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize overall operations.
- Generate and analyse reports on key performance indicators related to warehouse operations.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with SAP
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business or a related field
- English Language B2 and above
- PC literacy
