• Oversee and manage the job file process from start to finish ensuring every file meets SERVPRO and TPA audit standards.
  
  
• Work closely with the Estimating Department Manager and the estimating team to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
  
  
• Review and facilitate TPA (Third-Party Administrator) files for various programs ensuring accuracy timeliness and documentation consistency.
  
  
• Support and mentor other Job File Coordinators as needed to improve departmental efficiency and consistency.
  
  
• Maintain communication with field teams estimators and department leadership to ensure all project documentation is complete and audit-ready.
  
  
• Track key metrics for job file performance compliance and closeout timelines.
  
  

• 3 years of experience in the SERVPRO restoration industry specifically in Job File Coordination.
  
  
• Deep understanding of SERVPRO national accounts corporate audit processes and TPA program requirements.
  
  
• Prior experience managing or training other Job File Coordinators strongly preferred.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
  
• Proficiency in SERVPROs internal systems including WorkCenters Xactimate/XactAnalysis and related platforms.
  
  
• Self-motivated dependable and capable of managing workload independently in a remote environment.
  
  
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
  
  

• 100% remote position no office reporting required.
