As a Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist youll lead initiatives that protect people reduce risks and drive compliance across our operations. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How Youll Make an Impact
Act as a coach and advisor to leadership on HSSE management.
Monitor compliance with local state and federal regulations.
Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures.
Lead risk assessments and accident investigations.
Analyze HSE data for trends and continuous improvement.
Drive injury and risk reduction projects and initiatives.
Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
Champion sustainability and pollution prevention programs.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Safety Environmental Science Engineering or related field.
Up to 5 years of experience in HSE roles; manufacturing experience preferred.
Familiarity with OHSAS 18001 ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
CHMM and/or CSP certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
