Job Summary

E-Logic is seeking a Disaster Recovery Specialist III to mid-level support the Texas DSHS in FEMA financial cost-recovery operations. The role focuses on reviewing invoices validating documentation and assisting in federal reimbursement processes. This role will be remote but at any moment the government can change it to onsite with a 30 days advance written notice.

Responsibilities

Reconcile vendor payments and track project costs.
Assist with FEMA RFIs and documentation submissions.
Generate reports and maintain project records.
Collaborate with auditors and program leads.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree.
3 to 5 years of FEMA PA or financial-grant experience.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Knowledge of federal cost-recovery guidelines (44 CFR Stafford Act).
