Responsibilities:
- Establish cultivate and maintain a rapport and ongoing channel for professional referrals
- Interface with physicians and their staff to improve communication and understanding of the needs and wants of the agency
- Identify issues and concerns from referral sources and communicate them back to the agency
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma:Bachelors degreepreferred.
- Minimum (1) year of healthcare marketing experience in Home Health/Hospice
- Medical Contacts in the Southeast service area with an established book of business
- Possesses the ability to seek out new methods and principles and is willing to incorporate them into existing practices
- Outstanding communication skills (written verbal and non-verbal)
- Autonomous and self-motivated
- Able to establish maintain and cultivate professional relationships with referral sources
