Salary:30 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for aPharmaciston an ongoing basis for an initial period of two weeks. With extensive experience of working within a primary care setting the post holder will provide expertsupport to our GP practices as well as high quality patient care consultations.

We need a pharmacist 8am-4pm on the following days:

Monday10th- Friday 14thNovember inclusive

Monday 17thNovember

The Pharmacistwill efficiently work asan expert advisor for medicines repeat prescriptions medicines optimisation and pharmaceutical care aspects of the multidisciplinary team workload.

Therefore the successful candidate must:

Be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Have successfully completedCPPE General practice pharmacist pathway
Be a Non-Medical Prescriber
Maintain professional and clinical competence through mechanisms of continuing professional development
Have extensive experience of working within a primary care setting
Be able to effectively manage workload and support our services with Pharmacy related tasks
