Job Accountabilities: Essential
1. Outreach Secretary answers the telephone waits on outpatients and other customers.
2. Answer Incoming calls always using only the best customer service skills.
6. Assist with clerical needs of the department.
7. Demonstrate a commibnent to professional growth and competence.
8. Support organizational policies and procedures regarding dress codes identification badges work schedules and PTO time.
9. Participate in own performance appraisal.
