Job Summary

E-Logic is seeking a Subject-Matter Expert II- Finance Cost Recovery to provide statewide strategic support for FEMA and TDEM financial-recovery compliance audits and documentation quality. This role will be remote but at any moment the government can change it to onsite with a 30 days advance written notice.

Responsibilities

Oversee policy interpretation and financial validations.
Manage audit responses and support appeals.
Train and mentor staff across recovery teams.
Ensure complete compliance with federal reimbursement rules.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree.
10 years FEMA PA or federal-grants experience.
Proven leadership in cost-recovery program management.
