E-Logic is seeking a Disaster Recovery Specialist II to support the Texas DSHS in FEMA financial cost-recovery operations. The role focuses on reviewing invoices validating documentation and assisting in federal reimbursement processes. This role will be remote but at any moment the government can change it to onsite with a 30 days advance written notice.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate invoices and cost documentation for FEMA projects.
- Prepare financial spreadsheets and ensure data accuracy.
- Support reporting and project closeout activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on documentation requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
- 2 years experience in grants accounting or disaster recovery finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with FEMA PA and TDEM reimbursement preferred.
