Junior Order-to-Cash Specialist with German and English languages

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

About the Project:

You will work for a global innovator in diabetes care technologies dedicated to developing advanced insulin delivery solutions that simplify daily disease management. Their mission is to empower patients families and healthcare professionals through smarter more connected systems.

About the role:

In this position youll support the full O2C cyclefrom processing customer orders and issuing invoices to managing collections and reconciling accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in accounting or finance who wants to gain experience in international operations within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage customer orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare and issue invoices and credit memos in line with company guidelines.
• Apply incoming payments and ensure proper account reconciliation.
• Review outstanding receivables and contact customers regarding overdue payments.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Support month-end and quarter-end activities including reconciliations and audit requests.
• Keep customer master data up to date in the ERP system.

Your Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related discipline.
• Excellent command of German language minimum C2 and advanced English (C1 level).
• Minimum of 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable O2C or general Finance operations.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
• Skilled in MS Excel (v-lookups pivot tables preferred).
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP Oracle NetSuite etc.) is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail analytical mindset and customer-focused attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: 1300 gross 14 months
• Language allowance: 300/month
• Welcome bonus: 3000
• Meal allowance: 167.86 net/month (paid over 11 months via meal card)

• Permanent contract with a 90-day trial period
• MondayFriday 9:0018:00 (Weekends off)
