Our Optical Stores feature modern facilities diagnostic equipment and one of the largest ranges of frames and sunglasses in Adelaide. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring every member leaves feeling cared for and supported.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead our experienced and committed team at Pirie Street.

About the Role
As a Store Manager with Health Partners youll lead a high-performing team and set the tone for an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with our optometrists and optical dispensers youll create a supportive engaging environment where your people can thrive and your customers feel valued.

Your focus will be on leadership team development and operational excellence - driving performance efficiency and a culture of continuous improvement. Youll guide your team in delivering quality service meeting sales targets and maintaining a welcoming and professional store environment.

About You
Youre an experienced retail or customer service leader who knows how to inspire and motivate a team. Youre passionate about people and take pride in creating an environment where everyone feels supported to succeed.

Youll also bring:

  • Proven experience leading and developing a customer-focused team in a retail or service environment (optical experience is an advantage but not essential)
  • Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
  • A track record of driving team performance service standards and operational efficiency
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment with care and confidence

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application be able to provide two recent referees and hold a current satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
