Location: Allentown PA (Team Doyle)
- Lead a small crew in water fire and mold mitigation projects from start to finish.
- Set up monitor and document drying systems and dehumidification equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers teammates and supervisors to ensure excellent service and job quality.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation using SERVPRO systems and apps.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
- Assist the Production Manager and learn key responsibilities to prepare for future leadership roles.
- 13 years of experience in water mitigation restoration or related field (construction cleaning property repair etc.).
- Strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the SERVPRO organization.
- Team player who takes pride in their work and provides great customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours during on-call weeks.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- IICRC WRT certification a plus (but not required).
