Whats the role all about
As Fixed Operations Manager youll oversee the daily operations of our service parts and shop departmentsensuring smooth workflows top-tier customer service and a well-oiled team. Youll drive revenue growth control expenses and uphold safety and quality standards while collaborating with other departments to enhance our service offerings.

What Youll Be Doing:
â Customer Satisfaction & Profitability: Ensure every customer leaves happy while keeping the department financially strong.
â Oversee Repairs & Workflows: Maintain dealership standards and assist with diagnostics when needed.
â Optimize Efficiency: Keep shop tools equipment and operations running smoothly.
â Develop Talent: Train coach and upskill staff to elevate their performance.
â Drive Productivity: Monitor staff efficiency and keep the momentum going.
â Be the Go-To Expert: Support customers and staff with your knowledge and leadership.
â Financial & Performance Analytics: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
â Highly Engaged with Staff: Foster a positive collaborative work environment by being actively involved with your team.
What You Bring to the Table:
â 3-5 years of automotive experience (preferably in Fixed Operations).
â Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and drive success.
â Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience.
â Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges efficiently.
â Adaptability to manage a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
â Financial & Analytical Skills to assess performance data and drive improvements.
â Aspirations for Career Growth Beyond This Role We want someone looking to advance their career.
â Organized self-motivated and results-driven approach.
â Previous managerial experience Thats a plus!
