Supply Chain Service Representative
Location: Springdale AR (Onsite)
Same schedule pay training.
Summary:
Acts as the primary liaison for supply chain communication assisting with scheduling shipment status monitoring and customer service issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor freight progress and manage real-time updates.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve exceptions.
- Handle high-volume email and task prioritization.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience.
