Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with physical cognitive or developmental challenges.
Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
Qualifications:
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
12 years of experience in a rehabilitation skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
