Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Evening Shift
Location: Montour Falls NY 14865
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $30 $35 per hour
Shift Details:
Shift: Evening (3:00 PM 11:00 PM)
Shifts per Week: 4
Hours per Shift: 8
Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Montour Falls NY.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patients vital signs conditions and progress.
Assist with wound care specimen collection and other clinical procedures.
Support and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and families on care plans and post-treatment instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
Assist with CNA duties when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and reliability; repeated tardiness or absences may result in early termination.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted LPN license in New York State (or eligible compact license)
BLS/CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills
