Job Summary
Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant Royal Beenleigh
Were looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant to join our friendly team at the Royal Beenleigh. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a gaming environment and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Youll be responsible for bar and bistro service gaming room operations cash handling and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
To be successful in this role you must be 18 years or older and hold a current RSA and RCG. Strong communication skills a professional attitude and flexibility to work days late nights and weekends are return we offer a supportive team environment and opportunities for ongoing development within a busy community-focused venue.
A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guests day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up youll be on the front lines making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications :
About you:
Youre a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
Youre a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA and RCG certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
