Are you passionate about the BMW brand and providing the ultimate customer service BMW of Myrtle Beach is seeking a driven and dedicated individual to join our team as a BMW Client Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Showcase BMW vehicles with in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm. Along with other brand makes and models.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
- Provide transparent pricing and financing options tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and uphold BMWs customer experience expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required. If no previous automotive sales experience you will begin as a product genius.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Passion for BMW vehicles and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced competitive sales environment.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
