Responsibilities:
Conduct nutritional assessments and develop or update individualized care plans
Review and approve menus in accordance with dietary guidelines and facility standards
Provide education and support to staff on nutrition and dietary management
Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance in documentation
Qualifications:
Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
Proven experience in long-term care or clinical nutrition settings
Strong communication organizational and compliance skills
